2). Regular thickness is 0.05 0.1 0.15 0.2mm,other thickness can be produced specially.
3). Regular width size is 48 96 100 106 142cm,other size can be cutte spcially.
4). All above base paper is regular paper,if there is special rquirement to base paper,we will change suitablly.We cna also make adhesive film without base paper.
5). Lamination power is measured by 0.1mm thickness adhesive film laminated with cotton fabric,tested by flat press machine.It will difference by different material and adhesive film.
6). It can be adjusted by different test machine and test material and hot melt adhesive film.
7). Our experience accumulated the common lamination material.Because of the different formula and surface handling,sometimes it will have bad lamination effect,so it is better to communicate with us during test.

1. Packaging Detailes:
1).Packaging Type: Paper roll tube.(Weight:2.3-2.5KG. Diametre: 81mm; Core size:77mm; Length: normally 1400mm and 1550mm, Also can be customized.)
2).Packaging methods: TPU film will be packaged by sponge foam and double-layer black waterproof film from inside to outside.
3).Gross weight: Normally 30-40KG/roll considering easy shipment and safety But because we are factory , if you have any other ideals for package, we are also able to do it on your request.
2. Shipping Detailes:
1). Shipping port: Shanghai.
2). Delivery time: Sample is for 1-3 workingdays and Big order is 5-7 workingdays after 30% advance payment. When holidays, we will remind customer place order earlier.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory.
Q: Can you supply sample for us? How many days it will spend?
A: Samples are free if it is less than 1KG, but freight collect. If over 1KG or samples are not their regular sizes, you need to pay sample fees.
And we will arrange the samples for you 1 to 3 workdays and it will take 3 to 7days on the transportation.
Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Different materials and styles are different MOQ. If we have in stock, there is no MOQ.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: We are factory, so we can efficiently control the production time. But we will produce well all of goods for you ASAP when we received your deposit, usually is 5 to 7 workdays.

Q: How do you transport the product?
A: If you are not urgent, we usually transport by ship as it is the cheapest way. But for the West Asia area, we deliver by train as there is no sea to ship. Q: How to test the goods quality?
A: Firstly, before we received your order, you must have test our sample, then we will arrange produce according you /confirm/ied sample.
Secondly, before shipment, we will send the production sample to you or if you convenience, you can watch the goods in our factory.
